How to use:
- Rinse your face using lukewarm water (hot water can cause irritation to the skin).
- Rinse the soap with water then apply soap onto skin using your hands.
- Massage into your skin for 1-2 mins.
- Rinse the soap with water and remove all the soap particles from your face.
- Dry your face by tapping it with a paper towel or towel.
Things to know:
- Due to the yellow spice turmeric contains, it can stain anything that comes in contact. Therefore, consider wearing an old shirt you don't mind getting stained if you are using it over the sink.
- Don't skip moisturizing!!! While you do want to give your face a good cleaning, you don't want to overly strip the skin of essential oils or cause dryness. Applying a light moisturizer to a damp face helps lock in hydration.
- It is recommended to perform a patch-test before incorporating a new product into your routine. Patch tests are an easy way to help predict if you will have an negative initial reaction to a new product.
- Soap should be kept in a cool, dry place. After each use, store the soap bar in a soap bar dish/container with a drain to release the excess water to reserve the life of your soap.
- Turmeric can provide an instant natural glow to your skin. But to lighten your skin tone, it may take more than three to four weeks of consistent usage.
